Over my 30+ year career, I've had the fortune of providing both formal and informal coaching for leaders, and potential leaders in organizations, providing direct, useful advice and ideas to help them grow and develop.   Ideally, I work with individuals with a tailored and highly responsive personal approach, however I can also include team development as part of the relationship.
